Jacob is a straight shooter in a duck blind or in a conference room. His passion for branding led him to the inevitable— opening his own shop. Since then, he has been assembling a cast of characters as enthusiastic about making brands famous as he is. Jacob has spent most of his career honing his strategic and tactical skills on national and regional brands alike. He has overseen work for healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, package goods, technology, sports, concerts, celebrities, Airlines, Universities, Spirituality and real estate.

In short, Jacob sees his job as more than simply building brands – he sees his job as anticipating a client’s unforeseen needs and giving clients value and importance.


Co-Founder & Managing Director

Born, raised, and educated in California’s Silicon Valley setting, Jay has extensive expertise in a variety of technology startups. He is a veteran programmer with advanced skills in C, C++, Objective C, Perl, PHP, Java, HTML, Cold Fusion, ASP.NET, Python, and Ruby on Rails.

Aside from tech know-how, what makes Jay unique is his business natural development acumen across a variety of industries from technology and hospitality, to manufacturing and energy. He honed these skills through his personal companies and while working in the Mergers & Acquisitions arena with Planned Business Inc. and Santiago Madan. In this capacity Jay was responsible for development and execution of all facets of business strategy to deliver corporate finance services/valuations/debt placements/private placements/syndication’s to companies such as Parker Hannifin Corporation, Cummins and Siemens. He was further responsible for new business origination; transactions ranging in value from $10-$130 Million. Jay has been “the” team leader in a multitude of, both, buy-side and sell-side deals.

Creative Director

Kalpesh has over 15 years of experience across the Advertising Industry & Art world working at agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Mumbai and Delhi, Praxis Advertising, Dubai. Lowe Lintas, Mumbai. and Percept/H, Mumbai.

His portfolio of experience includes global brands such as P&G (Olay, Head & Shoulders, Ariel Detergent), Pillsbury, Canon, FedEx, Hyundai, Bajaj Bikes, Cox n Kings Holidays, Air India, Tata Tea Jaago re campaign, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
Additionally, Kalpesh has worked on key domestic brands including Indian Oil Corporation, Aakruti builders, Nahar Builders, Sahara Q shop and Sahara One channel.

His impressive yet modest cache of awards include Effies for Bajaj Ad campaign and Tata TEa Jaago in addition to awards like NY festivals, Asia-pacific adfest for various brands.

From 100 whiskey tasting consumer mentorship programs to leading a team who successfully achieved the Guinness Book of World records for the world’s longest outdoor broadcast –team – for 84 hours in Dubai, Linet’s portfolio covers a range of industries, campaigns and roles.

From developing onsite activations, roadshows and events, brand management and strategic marketing concepts, Linet’s skill lies in connecting with a brand’s personality and bringing it to life. Having grown up and worked in the UAE, her career highlights include travelling to Europe with a 100 consumers to experience the world through Hit 96.7 FM’s eyes, live activations such as a ‘Picnic in the Park’ which offers brands a platform to introduce their products to a wider audience using sample and tester marketing, strategic sessions for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abu Dhabi (UAE) and the list goes on…
